A house of seventeen homes

Solei Residence stands inside Sonasea Villas and Resort on Bãi Trường, on the west coast of Phú Quốc — five floors, seventeen serviced apartments, and the sea a short walk away.

Three garden studios sit at street level, opening off the main lobby. Twelve one-bedroom suites repeat across floors two, three and four, from 45 sqm to 52 sqm, the larger ones giving onto a wide, sun-facing balcony. On the fifth floor, two penthouses are each wrapped by a private roof terrace.

Every apartment is finished the same way: warm white walls, dark timber joinery, a full private kitchen with an induction hob and a fridge, a washer and dryer, a work desk and a king bed. These are not hotel rooms. They are homes you can cook in, work from and come back to sandy after a day on the beach — for a weekend or for a season.

We documented the build from the very first day, and we are still writing the rest of it.
