Our Story

Solei Residence Phú Quốc is a luxury serviced apartment building — a second home by the sea.

The house stands inside Sonasea Villas and Resort on Bãi Trường, on the west coast of Phú Quốc. Five floors, seventeen homes: three garden studios at street level, twelve one-bedroom suites across floors two to four, and two penthouses on the fifth floor, each wrapped by its own roof terrace.

Every apartment is finished the same way — warm white walls, dark timber joinery, a full private kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a king bed. Nothing is a hotel room. They are homes you can cook in, work from, and come back to sandy after a day on the beach.

We documented the build from the very first day, and we are still writing the rest of it.
