Inside Solei Residence: the seventeen apartments
A floor-by-floor guide
Solei Residence has five residential floors and seventeen apartments. Here is what sits on each one.
Floor 1 — Garden Studios
Three homes open straight off the main lobby. P1.1 and P1.2 are mirrored studios with an island kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area and a king bed. P1.3 is the compact one — a king bed, a glass-screened shower room, a kitchenette and a work nook, sized for one or two guests.
Floors 2, 3 and 4 — Suites
Four one-bedroom apartments repeat on each of these three floors, twelve in total.
- P1 and P4 — 45 sqm. An 18.5 sqm bedroom with a vanity-and-reading desk by the window, plus a 26 sqm living and kitchen space. Shoe cabinet and fridge at the entrance, washing machine in the unit.
- P2 and P3 — 52 sqm, the most generous layout in the building. A 36.5 sqm living, kitchen and dining space opening onto a large balcony, with a separate 15 sqm bedroom.
Floor 5 — Sky Penthouses
P5.1 and P5.2 are mirrored penthouses, each wrapped by a wide private roof terrace — breakfast outdoors, or the whole Bãi Trường sunset to yourself. Inside: an open living-kitchen space, a king bed and a glass-screened shower room.
The fifth floor also holds the laundry, storage and staff rooms that keep the house running.
