The standard fit-out

Every apartment at Solei Residence is finished to the same specification, whatever floor it is on.

Kitchen

Induction hob, extractor, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, sink, full crockery and glassware, and a dining table. You can genuinely cook here — this is not a kettle on a shelf.

Laundry

A washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, plus an iron and clothes hangers. Useful on a long stay, and useful after a day in the sea.

Sleep and work

A king bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning, a desk or vanity-and-reading table, a television and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Bathroom

Glass-screened shower with constant hot water, shampoo and conditioner, and fresh towels.

Safety and service

In-room safe, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, 24-hour security, lift access, free parking and daily housekeeping. Long-term stays are welcome.
